This is how Fnac sells cultural products using a voice bot

Fnac wanted to quickly deploy a voice application on Google Assistant and Google Home to allow its customers to purchase its products by Voice. For reasons of cost and deadlines, they did not want to develop this application from scratch.

2 Yelda modules were used: “e-commerce” and “Customer Service”. All the conversation flows were already created and trained, all that remained was to integrate the Fnac APIs with Yelda. The Fnac voice application on Google Assistant could be launched quickly.

Thanks to its voice application on Google Assistant / Google Home, Fnac generates millions of conversations with its customers, who find out about products or buy them directly using Voice.
